Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Accounts Associate at Jagvimal Consultants & Management Services Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur. The Accounts Associate will be responsible for day-to-day account management tasks, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and managing client accounts. The Accounts Associate will also provide excellent customer service and support in handling financial inquiries. Maintain records of all transactions and conduct reconciliations Compile balance sheets, income statements, and other relevant reports Analyze costs and the general ledger Conduct tax audits to ensure adherence to regulations Oversee budgets and cash flows Review contracts and manage payment processing Examine financial discrepancies Manage payroll operations Develop and implement new accounting systems Provide financial strategy advice to management Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounts or related field Interpersonal Skills, Communication Analytical Skills and Problem-solving abilities Experience in Account Management or a related field Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of financial software and accounting principles Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
