Planning:
Manage and conduct PI planning process and ensure it is successfully executed
Manage project, portfolio and program planProject Execution:
Manage portfolio by coordinating with multiple PMs
Tracks the project and portfolio work in Jira
Mentors the PM's on project planning and execution process
SME on the Jira process for project and portfolio management
Provides status updates on the yearly/quarterly roadmap
Resolve the impediments on the assigned projects and portfolio
Tracks the dependencies between the teams and manages the dependent tasks for completion
Perform risk management to minimize project risksProcess:
Provides guidance to the team on Agile processes and methodologies
Creates Jira dashboard and reports to help provide insights for leaders and respective teams
Jira Continuous Improvement to help optimize process for team
Overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire projectStrategy Development:
Works with team and evaluates tools and processes that helps team to successfully deliver on time and with high qualityDesign:
Helps the design team with the tools like Jira to integrate the process flow and track various work flow steps and approvals for design processLegal & Contracts:
Coordinate MSA, MPA and any Compliance related items between the various digital teamsDecision Making:
Accountable for making a right decision to ensure project meets the timeline and budgetCommunication & Presentation:
Drive the stakeholder prioritization meetings and communicate to SDL's on the priorities.Team Management:
Motivates and inspires the team.
Leads by exampleVendor Management:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Follow-up and follow through with vendors on project commitments
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetStakeholder relationship:
