The Data Privacy and AI Governance Consulting Engineer will play a crucial role in assisting clients with the implementation of data privacy and AI governance tools and software. This position requires gathering technical requirements from clients and configuring solutions to minimize risk of non-compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in AI governance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements for data privacy and AI governance initiatives.
- Design and implement solutions to address data privacy and AI governance challenges, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Configure and customize data privacy and AI governance tools and software according to client specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices for data privacy and AI governance.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the field of data privacy and AI governance, and incorporate them into client solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, or AI governance.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
- Experience with implementing and configuring data privacy and AI governance tools and software.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with BigID, OneTrust, Osano, and other data privacy management tools
- Master's degree or certification in Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or AI Governance.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and algorithms, and their implications for data privacy and governance.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Certifications in relevant areas such as Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or
