This role requires a blend of technical prowess and functional understanding to optimize ERP solutions that support our business processes and objectives.Key Responsibilities:ERP System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle Cloud ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.Business Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP functionalities. Redesign processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle Cloud ERP to meet specific business needs. Create custom forms, workflows, and reports as required.Data Management and Integration: Manage data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Integrate Oracle Cloud ERP with other business systems for seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to ERP users, addressing any issues and ensuring effective system use. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user competence and confidence in utilizing ERP functionalities.Project Management: Lead ERP implementation or upgrade projects, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Compliance and Security: Ensure the ERP system complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within the ERP system.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle Cloud ERP, covering core modules like Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle ERP configuration, customization, and integration. Familiarity with Oracle's development tools and languages.Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of business processes related to the core ERP modules.
