Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing our global knowledge network that is housed in an Office 365 SharePoint environment.
  • Assist in gathering and managing global content and data metrics, which are owned by multiple business teams within our three geographic regions (AMER, EMEA, & APAC).
  • Partner with functional subject matter experts and leaders to organize, manage, and share content with intended stakeholder audience.
  • Manage content lifecycle and work with content owners to ensure items are updated on a periodic basis and ensure proper document tagging & naming conventions are adhered to globally.
  • Promoting all our mechanisms (tools, calls, communications, incentives, etc.) for how we need our global firm to share and learn our vast expertise.
  • Performing quality control/testing and provide feedback on the functioning of web features in displaying content.
  • Maintaining a well-organized repository and pipeline of content for review and upload.
  • Maintaining open communication and effective collaboration with team members and supervisors to enable continuous performance improvement.
  • Organizing and maintaining assets and intellectual capital that aids in the day-to-day processing of business and enable cross collaboration of additional operations staff.
  • Supporting the design and management of the KM SharePoint site and workflow.
  • Staying informed on KM and SharePoint best practices to identify and apply best practice improvements.
  • Compile and manage inventory of all knowledge management articles, ensuring information is regularly updated as needed to be share with Knowledge Managers
Key Skills:
  • Technology: Perform content management activities within MS Office 365 tools and technologies. Help team implement SharePoint as a Portal, a Content Management system, and Team Collaboration. Able to easily learn new technical skills.
  • Library Management: Experience with document taxonomy, content audit, and review cycle.
  • Global Teaming: Experience working with team members that reside in other geographies and time zones.
  • Communications: Ability to get consensus and collaboration across many business units and explain complex concepts in layman's language. Ability to generate enthusiasm, communicate with all levels of management and staff.
  • Client Orientation: Understands our internal clients' needs and concerns with willingness for responding promptly and effectively to stakeholder needs.
  • Drive for Results: Makes things happen and doesn’t need micromanaging, is proactive with a balance between analysis and doing, setting high standards for self and commitments to organizational goals.

Employee specification
  • A bachelor’s degree in technology or similar fields, or similar work experience
  • Fluent English speaking and comprehension
  • Shift timings: 1 PM – 10 PM IST
  • Location: Gurugram
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Knowledge Management or content management
