The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Java
  • Build reusable and efficient frontend components and libraries
  • Develop robust, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 510 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle
  • Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, and backend development
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git
  • Understanding of microservices architecture is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.)
  • Agile/Scrum development experience
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
