Analyst III, ATR - Product Costing

- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports;
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions;
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes;
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards;
- Assist in implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard company assets;
- Support internal and external audit processes;
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
- Leverage technology and automation to streamline accounting processes;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records;
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across accounting systems;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives;
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management;
- Assist in managing relationships with external partners, including auditors and regulatory bodies;
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is a plus;
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive and relevant accounting experience;
- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable;
- Prior experience in a GCC or shared services environment is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g SAP, HFM, Blackline or similar);
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
