Maintaining separate files for the following: Companys incorporation documents Legal documents for land, rent agreement, pollution certificate, factory license, SIPB, Udyog Aadhar registration certificate, legal entity identifier (LEI), credit rating etc. FAR and depreciation New Construction File Corporate taxation, ITR Audited financials Import Material Day to day transaction like Purchases with GRN and E way Bill (Including CN & DN) Expenses Cash payments Bank payments Sales with E way Bill CN & DN with Sales Scheme Monthly filings: GST TDS & TCS PF ESI Electricity Interest Subsidy GST subsidy Bank statement including Loan Statement Income Tax Assessment file GST Assessment file Physical Stock vs Books Stock Provide following monthly report to the management by 4th of every month & Filing: Financials (PL and BS) Stock sheet including variances with physical Working capital report Intercompany balance of the unit
