Experience range: 3 to 10 yrs Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Electronic) Base location: Pune Companies to source from: EMS industries, Semiconductor and Medical Industries preferably Key skills: PCBA Manufacturing experience, Electronic costing, Electronic product costing. Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Communications/etc. experience in manufacturing/sourcing/engineering/pricing/cost-management or other cost/data analytics field. Experience in Embedded systems (PCB/PCBA), electrical circuits, manufacturing of Rigid & Flex PCB/PCBAs. Experience in Electro-Mechanical components, wire harness, cables should cost analysis. Should have experience for should costing for various Electronic commodity like PCBA, rigid and flex PCB, Cable assembly Should have knowledge of Manufacturing process knowledge like PCB and PCBA manufacturing and testing, SMT, Various Soldering process ,Cable manufacturing, Si Wafer or IC Manufcaturing etc Preparation of negotiation dossier: Supplier Spend data analysis Selection of parts for should costs in order to achieve desired spend coverage Understand Cost driver Preparation of Management slides for negotiation (Should Cost results + deduction on whole spend) Ability to understand manufacturing process of Medical/Electronics Devices . Experience in Interacting with Suppliers & Internal teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent time management and professionalism. Ensure seamless communication across Medtronic Engineering & Innovation Centre, Global BUs and Global functions Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams and coordinate with others. Ability to read 2D and 3D drawings (Experience with CAD software) Knowledge on various Should Cost Analysis Softwares/Tools e.g - aPriori, Mckinsey Cleansheet
