You’ll have the opportunity to design new systems or re-design current applications.Here's how you'll contribute:AEM SITES Consultant at Zensar take end-to-end ownership of projects and provide valuable expertise in the software development life cycle, from concept, architecture, design, implementation, and testing.You’ll do this by:To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery.
Hands-on and Implement the solutions along with a high technically focused team to provide technical expertise in the Design and planning of solutions.
Build solutions on top of the AEM Sites and Assets.
Transfers and ensures business requirements into technical specs and provides technical implementation solution and recommendations
Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM core platform, and integrate with other systems
Define implementation processes, and best practices
Handle the Demos and POCs for clients.
Provide technical guidance to team and mentor the technical focused team.
Review Code and ensure code quality, readability and security
Hands-on contribution as part of the team and lead the day-to-day technical activities bringing in excellence in implementation.
Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators and BA’s to build AEM solutions.
Provide solutions in integrating third-party systems with AEM as part of overall architecture.
Provide the leadership and direction to team by leading the projects in the Agile model taking on the different roles required in the project.
Skills required to contribute:Must: Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Must: Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, touch UI dialogs etc., and AEM development
Must: Deep understanding of Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services and components
Must: Deep understanding of the AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering
Must: Deep understanding in Java, web development experience, other Content Management system experience
Must: Expertise with core web technologies including XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side Scripting
languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations
Preferred: Expertise in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the AEM
platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix.
Must: Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet
based database applications
Preferred: Good understanding of and hands- on development experience with relevant "Java
CMS" frameworks including Apache Sling for content- centric application development, JCR and JSR- 170 / JSR- 283 for Content Management, JSR- 168 and JSR- 286 for Portal development, and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development.
Preferred: Good Understanding of Integration with other Adobe Marketing Cloud Products like
Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc.
Preferred: Good Understanding of Latest Features in AEM
Overall experience of 6 - 10+ years with 5+ years of AEM experience.
