- Utilize advanced psychometric assessment tools to evaluate training needs and measure the effectiveness of behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate behavioral training into broader talent development strategies.
- Develop and deliver high-impact training modules focusing on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and other critical behavioral competencies.
- Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the ROI of training programs and ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of training professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to achieve excellence in training delivery.
- Partner with external training providers and industry experts to bring cutting-edge methodologies and best practices to the organization.
- Drive the adoption of digital learning platforms and tools to enhance the accessibility and scalability of behavioral training programs.
- Align training initiatives with the Skills and Education unit's mission to build a skilled workforce that meets the evolving needs of the Adani Group's diverse business portfolio.
- Ensure seamless coordination with the Pro VC and Head Training Delivery to align training strategies with organizational priorities.
- Proven expertise in behavioral training delivery, with at least 20 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale training programs.
- Extensive experience in psychometric assessment and evaluation methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in leading training teams and managing complex training projects in a corporate environment.
- Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in psychometric tools such as MBTI, DISC, or Hogan Assessments is highly preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in behavioral training and development, with a focus on leadership and organizational effectiveness.
- Proven track record of implementing training programs in large, diversified organizations.
