You will be working as Maintenance Specialist at global grade 14 and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Power division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Production Manager and will be responsible for leading the process in maintaining and preserving efficiency of all equipment, production lines/facilities. Your responsibilities Responsible for planning and procuring spares for existing equipments Managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines/facilities Solving major technical equipment/facilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines Proposing improvement project for process and product lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational/energy efficiency Responding to break downs/malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption to production process Implementing health safety and environment guidelines and directives to ensure safety of people and resources Your background Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical engineering Require 5 - 10 years of experience Maintenance experience in relevant switch gear industry is preferred Knowledge of visual studio, C #, knowledge on electrical trouble shooting Knowledge on assembly fixtures, jigs, pneumatic/electrical tools A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills More about us ABB Smart Power is a global technology leader, with products and solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected.
