Drafting board and committee level notes and co-ordinating with other groups for closures
Study regulatory circulars and frame policy and process for implementation
Assisting in content creation and undertaking training programmes.
Monitoring of portfolio including analysis and suggesting corrective action
Engagement through meetings, calls, physical visits with Regional heads, branch, central team (product, RCU, hindsighting) and undertake feedback and discussion sessions
Maintaining database of delegation, MIS, process notes, policy amendments, monitoring reports, schemes created and their mapping
System level enablements - Scheme , promotion, charges, in co-ordination with product, Ops, Finance BIU and Technology
Assist in LOS designing and BRE rule configuration
Addressing Queries of team with regard to policies.
Preparation of Buyout MIS and co-ordination with other stakeholders for data requirements and reconciliation and reporting to management.
