Growing together.We are seeking a talented Software Engineer passionate about technology and innovation to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop enterprise level applications. The ideal candidate has a solid track record of delivering high-quality software and is eager to explore or expand their expertise in Generative AI technologies.Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI-driven solutions to support application reliability, monitoring, and automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions
Research and integrate Generative AI technologies into our engineering workflows
Stay current on advancements in Generative AI, performance engineering, and software testing methodologies
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience with Python, Java, or similar
3+ years of experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (Agile)
2+ years of Test-Driven Development (Pytest, PyUnit/Unittest, JUnit, Spock, etc.)
1+ years of experience with REST based APIs
Experience developing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Solid problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with performance testing tools like Gatling, JMeter, or Locust
Experience with Docker
Experience with fronted technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React)
Experience with Public Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS)
Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana)
Familiarity with Generative AI technologies/concepts, such as LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel), or internal tools (MCP)
