In this vital role you will be working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create high-quality, scalable software solutions and automating operations, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime.Ø Test Automation & Framework Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (UI, API, performance).
Implement reusable test libraries and utilities to accelerate test development.

Ø Test Planning & Execution

Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, scope, and acceptance criteria.
Author, review, and execute automated and manual test cases for new features and bug fixes.

Ø Continuous Integration & Deployment

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Monitor build health, triage failures, and work with developers to resolve test stability issues.

Ø Defect Management & Reporting

Track, document, and prioritize defects; work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
Generate and present test reports, metrics, and dashboards to leadership.

Ø Performance & Security Testing (as applicable)

Design and run performance/load tests using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or similar.
Collaborate with security teams to integrate automated security scans and address vulnerabilities.

What we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree and 5 to 9 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience

Preferred Qualifications:Functional Skills:

Programming in at least one modern language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured).
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and related libraries.
Familiar with testing AI models
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Working knowledge of version control systems (Git).

Good-to-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
Experience with data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark, or similar
Experience with SAP integration technologies

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
High degree of initiative and self-motivation
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
Team-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals
