Educational Qualification : S and C Lead with experience in delivering finance projectsSummary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and provide insights to enhance application functionality and user experience, ensuring that the systems operate efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements to optimize user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. - Experience in configuring and customizing SaaS applications to meet business requirements. - Proficient in using APIs and low-code platforms for application integration.
