- Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment tasks including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary screenings.
- Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital) in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, orientation, clearance, etc.).
- Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and preparing basic HR reports.
- Help implement and monitor HR policies and procedures specific to engineering staff and site workers.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Support performance appraisal processes and documentation.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, logistics, and maintenance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, couriers).
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event arrangements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Support safety, compliance, and audit processes as per company or industry standards.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as required.
- Other Duties:
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
- Coordinate with project and site offices for HR and admin-related requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data and office information.
- Understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRMS, attendance tools).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
