- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients to generate interest and qualify leads. Leads are provided to you via our lead generation team via the CRM.
- Qualify potential customers’ needs through our CRM data and determine the appropriate level of qualification to move prospects forward in the sales cycle.
- Research prospects, and key contacts to enhance outreach strategy and personalize communication.
- Lead Nurturing
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads.
- Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, addressing prospect pain points and positioning our solutions as a highly desirable solution to streamline workflow, improve quality and reduce resource needs.
- Build rapport with prospects by delivering a high-quality experience that reflects our company’s commitment to customer success.
- Pipeline Management and Reporting
- Maintain organized pipeline data, ensuring accurate tracking of progress within the CRM system.
- Consistently update CRM records and provide timely, accurate reporting on lead status, activities, and progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for moving leads through the funnel and securing new accounts.
- Sales Collaboration and Closing
- Work toward meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas, contributing to the team’s overall success.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, providing insights on lead quality and process improvements.
- Continuous Improvement
- Seek feedback on performance and actively work to improve personal sales tactics and approaches.
- Stay informed on industry trends, company offerings, and competitors to continuously enhance sales effectiveness.
- Experience in Outbound Sales
- Minimum 2 years of US SaaS experience in B2B inside sales on high-volume outbound calling, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
- Most recent role in outbound SaaS sales
- Experience in SaaS B2B - high value/ongoing relationship sales eg Product, conducting demos with potential clients, identifying and communicating with decision makers - (highly desirable)
- High success rate – with a strong close ratio
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or a vertical-related field(s)
- Communication Skills
- Excellent to above average verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects quickly and build rapport.
- Confidence in cold calling and a professional phone presence.
- Speech Rate, Active Listening, Appropriate Probing, Effective Rebuttals.
- Proficiency with CRM Software
- Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) for tracking leads, updating records.
- Organizational and Time-Management Skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls and follow-up activities, keeping track of multiple leads and tasks.
- Goal-Oriented Mindset
- Proven ability to work toward and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding individual targets
