Financial Specialists will handle customer information, opening new cases and attaching documents to cases using multiple systems. Successful candidates should be passionate about helping to support Business, Corporate and Consumer card members as well as be able to accurately provide detailed review, business linkage, case setup, attach and document accurately to minimize customer impact. Mitigate risk and meet compliance deadlines. Financial Specialists should be skilled in being able to balance quality and production goals and motivated to succeed in a department driven by both short- and long-term impact to the business. They will be required to complete their day-to-day production numbers in a faced past and quality driven environment. Underwriting for all the Business, Corporate, Appeals, by analyzing their financial statements, Bank Statements, Pay Stubs etc. Effectively handle customer information and attach documents to cases using multiple systems. Successful candidates should be passionate about helping to support Business, GCP and Consumer customers as well as be able to accurately review, attach and documented accurately to minimize customer impact. Mitigate risk and meet compliance deadlines. Demonstrate high level of accuracy in identifying usable Business financials like Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Taxes. Should be able to communicate effectively via email with different stake holders on a daily basis. Should be accountable to produce High Quality work and should be able to meet deadlines. Ability to understand Business and personal financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, Business relation and Taxes). Ability to review, locate and analyze small business companies via different websites (SOS, Hoovers, Lexis Nexis, Manta and Open Corporates). Preferred Qualifications: Like other Secondment/Auxiliary/Job rotation programs existing at the center, there is no commitment of any promotion at the end of the Secondment Program. This is a temporary job posting after which the candidates will be required to go back to their regular responsibilities / new role. Being selected for this program also does not mean a change in compensation or in the band level. Knowledge of Platforms: GRU, ICRUSE, CSP, IVU, C360. Academic Background: PreferablyCommerce Graduate or Master's in commerce / Finance. . Good Planning & Organizational skills . Multi-Tasking capabilities is a prerequisite. . Strong relationship and collaborative/communication skills . Relationship building skills with key business linkages. . Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word. . Should be able to work under minimum supervision. .
