Position Summary Purpose We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple IT projects from initiation to closure. The Sr. Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. They will be able to adapt to changing priorities and timelines. Duties & Responsibilities Functions ESSENTIAL Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members throughout all the phases of the project. Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, RACI etc. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Track and report project progress, including status updates, risks, and issues. Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external vendors. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, within budget and delivered with quality. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues from Initiation to Close Phase. Facilitate project meetings and ensure that action items are tracked and completed. Ensure that project documentation is complete and up to date. Works with project team to detail out test plans, communication plans, go-live and post go-live support plans etc. Understands basic organizational change management (OCM) importance in projects and works with OCM team to create project sites for users, build communication plans for testing, go-live etc. Leads in setting up standard methodology, framework, and processes for PMO, business groups Able to prioritize projects when resources are limited, deadlines are close on critical activities Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE . The ideal candidate will have experience working in Waterfall & Agile methodologies . Knowledge of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project. . Ability to take ownership of the projects. . Strong leadership and communication skills. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. . Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Reporting Relationship Qualifications Qualifications REQUIRED . Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. . 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Offshore or related technical experience. . Work from home position and may need to come into the office as needed. . Work Timing: Candidate must be willing to work in US business hours.
