• Be the success champion: You efficiently resolve all inbound and outbound support requests following established guidelines. Whether providing support via email, voice chat, or telephone, you'll consistently go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the timely, high-quality assistance they deserve.

• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) – must be able to communicate with clarity, professionalism, and empathy with international customers
• Prior experience in customer support roles catering to English-speaking markets is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work during CEST hours (shift hours: 12:00 - 20:30 Latvia time)

• Willingness to work from Tuesday - Saturday (week offs: Sunday & Monday)
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
• Ability to work with minimal supervision allowing you to bring your unique talents to the table
