Whether providing support via email, voice chat, or telephone, you'll consistently go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the timely, high-quality assistance they deserve.

- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) – must be able to communicate with clarity, professionalism, and empathy with international customers
- Prior experience in customer support roles catering to English-speaking markets is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work during CEST hours (shift hours: 12:00 - 20:30 Latvia time)
- Willingness to work from Tuesday - Saturday (week offs: Sunday & Monday)
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work with minimal supervision allowing you to bring your unique talents to the table
- Confidence to manage your time effectively while collaborating seamlessly with your colleagues
