About Us:We are a fast-growing SaaS product company in the EdTech space, serving customers across the U.S. Our platform is transforming how education is delivered and experienced, and we're scaling rapidly to meet the needs of educators and institutions. Our core team operates out of Coimbatore, India, and were building a culture of ownership, clarity, and execution.We are now hiring a high-agency Executive Operations Associate to work directly with our Founder/CEO and bring structure to our fast-moving environment.About the Role:Youll serve as the CEOs operational partnertracking key decisions, ensuring task execution, structuring team goals, setting KPIs, and owning our internal execution rhythm. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across product, growth, customer success, and operations, and to grow into a strategic operations or Chief of Staff role over time.Key Responsibilities:Founder/CEO Support & Information Management

Join key meetings and discussions (or follow async) to capture:
Strategic ideas
Key decisions
Delegated tasks
Maintain centralized systems (Notion/ClickUp) for project and task tracking
Act as the memory of the orgensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Goal Setting, KPIs & OKRs

Support CEO in defining and refining company OKRs every quarter
Work with functional leads to define and track KPIs across departments (Product, Growth, Support)
Build and maintain dashboards or trackers to monitor progress
Identify areas that are off-track and flag them early with actionable insights

Execution Follow-Up & Reporting

Follow up with team members on progress for assigned tasks
Prepare weekly or biweekly updates to give the CEO a consolidated view of:
Whats moving
Whats blocked
Where decisions are needed

Internal Operating Rhythm

Own the cadence for:
Weekly planning
Monthly team reviews
Quarterly OKR reviews
Help create briefing notes, update decks, or summary reports for internal syncs

Organizational Enablement

Suggest and implement lightweight systems to streamline workflows
Help teams stay accountable by creating clarity and documentation

Who You Are:

13 years of experience in project management, startup operations, founder support, or EA roles
Strong communicator, organized thinker, detail-driven
Familiar with OKRs, KPI tracking, and tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, ClickUp, or Asana
Comfortable working across time zones and handling multiple ongoing priorities
Based in or willing to work from Coimbatore, India (with hybrid flexibility)

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in a SaaS or EdTech company
Exposure to product, growth, or customer success metrics
Interest in growing into a Chief of Staff, Product Ops, or Strategy role
