Job Description:Role Proficiency:Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Account for others' developmental activities; assisting Project Manager in day to day project execution.Outcomes: * Interpret the application feature and component designs to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
  • Code debug test document and communicate product component and feature development stages.
  • Validate results with user representatives integrating and commissions the overall solution.
  • Select and create appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components while creating own solutions for new contexts
  • Optimises efficiency cost and quality.
  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction
  • Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams
  • Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Additional Comments:We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Digital channels developer – 10+ years of experience in developing Email routing, build complex rules in RegEx, demonstrated experience in AWS comprehend, AWS Lambda, integration with Generative AI, deploying AI Bots in web messaging and SMS functionality. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Email routing workflows within the Genesys Cloud environment, optimizing for efficiency and customer experience. Build and maintain complex routing rules using Regular Expressions (RegEx) to accurately classify and route inbound emails. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including contact center operations, quality assurance, and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Customize and extend Genesys Cloud digital channel capabilities (email, chat, social messaging, SMS) to meet organizational needs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email routing, rule execution, and digital channel performance. Participate in architecture and design discussions to improve existing systems and develop new digital engagement solutions. Document technical designs, routing logic, and system configurations for maintenance and knowledge sharing. Stay updated on Genesys Cloud platform features, best practices, and industry trends related to digital channel development. Key Skills: 10+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud platform development, with a strong focus on digital channels. Expertise in Email routing strategies, including queue management, skill-based routing, and overflow handling. Advanced proficiency in writing complex Regular Expressions (RegEx) for pattern matching and routing rules. Solid understanding of contact center processes and customer journey optimization. Experience with Genesys Cloud Architect, including building and modifying flows for email and digital channels. Familiarity with APIs, integration techniques, and scripting to extend platform functionality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
