PFA JD:- Educate key decision-makers, contractors, and trade customers about PLS, including company vision, product details, USPs, and customer value - Establish all PLS verticals in market and ensure specification in BOQ/mock-ups at the project's initial stages - Generate revenue from existing accounts, renew approvals timely, and ensure zero account loss - Add new accounts to the customer list and generate revenue from these new accounts - Maintain price discipline to ensure no financial loss to the company - Introduce and promote newly launched products by the company to key stakeholders in at private & government institutions - Maintain good rapport with channel partners for fast execution of orders and mock-ups - Identify and target specific projects for the promotion of new products, ensuring their inclusion in project specifications - Secure BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and Mock-up approvals for identified projects, ensuring new products are specified at the initial stages - Effective management & conversion of CRM architect / interior designers/MEP consultant/electrical consultant/PCM for Lighting products in your region / assigned territory - Business development activities (In-house presentations, factory or orientation centre visits/special events and seminars for CRM Architects, interior designers, MEP Consultants, Electrical Consultants, PMC for PLS in your regions/ assigned territory - Do regular productive business meetings - with CRM architects/MEP consultant/electrical consultant/PMC & generate lead for PLS - Build relationships with end users, contractors, maintain a directory of key officials, and distribute gifts on specific occasions - Ensure no collections are pending with Dealers or direct accounts beyond 45 days of billing - Conduct productive meetings monthly with external customers - Responsible to generate PLS revenue from said customers universe - Monitor and keep track of competitors' activities - Add more new end customers to the existing list by identifying and carrying out a similar exercise as has been done for approval enlistment - Provide data on time to HO and ensure the same from the respective team members - Update database from all the departments on the officials, their designation, office etc. for best use of it - Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the Indoor, Outdoor, Industry & retail segments - Update database from all the customers on the officials, their designation, address etc. for best use of it - Implement promotional activities and local events to increase product visibility and market penetration - Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market opportunities - Complete the assigned number of visits per month to targeted locations - Initiate and support Marcom activities and promotional events to enhance brand awareness - Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to adjust strategies as needed - Implement promotional activities and local events to increase product visibility and market penetration.Key Competencies: - Proven experience working with distribution networks and establishing brand presence - Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate value propositions effectively - Proven ability to drive revenue growth - Expertise in expanding and managing dealer networks - Ability to gather and analyse market and competitor data to inform strategies - Strong experience in executing product training and market development initiatives - Competency in organizing and leading meetings with plumbers and contractors - Ability to create demand and build relationships within specified channels and regions.
