- Responsible for service review content and process and for meeting assigned sales targets.
- Consult with each customer within two business days of service request completion via phone or Microsoft teams using Customer Portal ( Yourkonecraes.com)
- Activities assigned to this role include estimating, completion of operative quotes and customer follow up on quotations, especially for screen and select customers and unassigned customers.
- Reassign opportunities to other sales resources as appropriate. Develop competency and use processes and tools which are provided for this role.
- Refer opportunities for other products to other salespeople by creating sales cases
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Travelling to visit potential clients, , and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Offering after-sales support services
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Complete sales administration responsibilities, including developing and maintaining account profiles, utilization of sales information system; timely sales information reporting; timely and accurate paperwork completion.
- Achieve and continually build technical knowledge of products and services, technologies, operation and processes.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
