10+ years of experience in IT Change Management, governance or a related field Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, change management processes, and governance best practices Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good Communication and teamwork skills ITIL Certification (ITIL v4 Foundation or higher) Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD pipelines in relation to Change Management
