The Senior Engineer of Product Security, on the Product Security team, will have responsibility to design, implement, and audit protections built into public cloud deployments and applications. You will be a hands-on, technical, subject matter expert. You will engage with internal stakeholders in Cloud Operations, Software Engineering and Product Management.Responsibilities:

Conduct security assessments of applications, networks, and cloud architecture before systems are placed in production.
Work with engineering teams to advise on secure design for cloud applications in areas such as data protection, key management, authentication, and authorization and to ensure security is built into all aspects of the cloud.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders across the organization to achieve Product Security objectives.
Strong understanding of DevSecOps (tools, processes, culture) and engineering languages and technology used in SaaS product development and operations.
Understanding of the secure software development lifecycle
Understanding of threats, threat modelling, and the applicability to our business systems
Work with Incident Responders to ensure that all the preventative and responsive actions are being taken.
Effective written and oral communication skills
Create and maintain security-related documentation and tools.

About you:

2+ years of combined hands-on experience with security services in Azure and AWS
2+ years of combined experience in application or product security and other cross functional areas
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages relevant to cloud security
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and micro-services architecture.
Experience securing cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
Knowledge of Open Security Architecture (OSA), The Well Architected Framework, and Cloud Security Alliance (CSA)
Industry certifications are preferred (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, GWEB, GPCS, AZ-400, AZ-500, SC-500, SC-900, SC-100, AWS Security, AWS Solutions Architect)
