This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsMin Experience: 8 yearsLocation: Bangalore, Mumbai , PuneJobType: full-timeWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the upcoming development stage of our Automation & Agent Platform. In this position, you will be responsible for advancing the current automation platform (RPA + API) and shaping the strategic roadmap for an AI-native agent orchestration layer that oversees, monitors, and scales intelligent agents throughout the revenue cycle lifecycle.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Manage the product roadmap for the automation platform, focusing on enhancing reliability, effectiveness, expanding payer coverage, and enabling client deployments
Establish the product vision for the Agent Orchestration Platform, covering agent lifecycle management, skill registry, orchestration patterns, and monitoring systems
Create agent guardrails, implement human-in-the-loop controls, and develop confidence-based routing strategies
Define and manage the automation performance metrics funnel (Task Volume → Attempted → Processed → Completed)
Author Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), lead sprint planning sessions, and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams
Communicate product strategy effectively to senior leadership and CXO-level stakeholders
Provide mentorship to associate product managers and analysts

Required Skills:

8–12 years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years focused on platform or infrastructure products
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in defining metrics, performing funnel analysis, and conducting root-cause investigations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities at the CXO level
Experience in building platform APIs, developer-facing products, or orchestration systems
Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and observability practices
Capability to write clear PRDs and simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (including Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Claims, Denials)
Experience with AI/ML product management, such as LLMs, NLP, Document AI, agent frameworks, and MLOps
Familiarity with automation platforms like RPA, API orchestration, and workflow engines
Knowledge of healthcare standards including EDI X12 and HL7/FHIR
Experience working with cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or similar services
