E&M Expert-K2 for GC Mumbai Metro Line 5, 7A & 9-System Missions/Main Duties: * Design Review and Planning: Overseeing E&M system design review to meet specifications and standards.

Coordination: Collaborating with other disciplines for system integration.
Technical Expertise: Providing guidance on power, HVAC, lighting, and safety systems.
Project Management: Managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring high standards in installations.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating E&M-related risks.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
Testing and Commissioning: Overseeing system testing and operational readiness.
Maintenance Planning: Developing maintenance strategies for reliability.
Innovation: Promoting sustainable and efficient technologies

Profile/Skills:

Education qualification -Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Years of experience - 15+ Years
Prior experience requirement - 6+ Years of relevant E&M Services experience needed in Metro/Railway Systems
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter
