The role requires a professional to oversee corporate compliance and governance activities within a pre-IPO startup. You will play a key role in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and supporting the IPO journey of the platform

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, especially SEBI and LODR Compliances
Develop and maintain corporate governance frameworks to support business objectives.
Provide legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates.
Conduct internal audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Collaborate with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies when required.
Draft and review compliance documentation, including policies and procedures.
Deliver training programs to promote awareness of compliance requirements among employees.
