All kinds of Plumbing, Electrical related work in Apartments properties

Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency call

Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition

Attend complaints at individual flats

Key Requirements:

Maintenance/Repair experience in high-rises, flats, and household buildings.

Basic educational qualification (DEEE / ITI Electrical will be a plus).

Owns and knows how to ride a two wheeler

Basic use of smartphone, excel and emails

Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
