Critical Equipment Management Hi Side Equipment Management Oversee the entire lifecycle of semiconductor equipment, including selection, procurement, installation, and maintenance. Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for critical tools, such as lithography systems and metrology tools. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute equipment upgrades and technology refresh cycles. Scrubber Management Oversee the operation and maintenance of scrubbers for air purification. Collaborate with vendors to optimize scrubber performance and address any issues. Monitor and analyze data from scrubbers to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Toxic Gases Management Implement and oversee safety measures for the proper handling of toxic gases. Coordinate with gas suppliers to ensure timely and safe deliveries. Monitor and maintain gas detection systems and ensure proper ventilation in designated areas. ETP Management Manage the operation and maintenance of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). Ensure proper disposal of treated wastewater in compliance with environmental regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections of the ETP to ensure compliance with environmental standards. Gas Panel Management Oversee gas panel systems, ensuring proper distribution and control of gases. Coordinate with vendors to maintain and upgrade gas panel components. Conduct regular checks and calibrations to ensure accuracy and reliability. Project & Operation Management Project Management Coordinate and manage construction and renovation projects in the lab. Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments. Space Utilization and Optimization Optimize the utilization of lab space. Innovation and Technology Adoption Stay abreast of emerging technologies in semiconductor manufacturing. Quality Management Implement and maintain quality management systems. Standards, Community, And Training International Standards (ISO) Work towards obtaining and maintaining relevant ISO certifications. Community Engagement Foster positive relationships with the local community. Training and Development Implement training programs for lab personnel. Execution Of Safety Protocols Strict adherence to cleanroom protocols to minimize contamination. Comprehensive training on the proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals. Regular equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure safe operation. Implementation of lockout/tagout procedures to prevent accidental equipment activation during maintenance. Mandating the use of appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, face shields, gloves, and specialized protective clothing. Development and regular testing of emergency response plans for various scenarios. Installation of gas detection systems to monitor and alert personnel to the presence of toxic gases. Regular calibration and maintenance of gas monitoring equipment. Comprehensive training programs on safety procedures, chemical hazards, and emergency response. Ongoing education to keep employees informed about the latest safety protocols and industry best practices. Access to and understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals used. Qualifications Minimum requirement: B-Tech/BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil & Environmental engineering) Additional Qualification - Substantial experience in health care Manufacturing or R&D labs in Pharmaceutical or semiconductor Industry. Certifications in facility management, project management, environmental management may be advantageous.
