- Be a part of the Intelligent Functions team, one of the key capabilities or sub-industry areas to support Platforms-driven business design and assessment such as value assessment, business case creation, business process re-engineering and so on.
- Provide solutions for complex client problems across the logistics landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the market and associated technologies.
- Work as a lead Logistics Solution Architect and support with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests and during delivery
- Engage with clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering, and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet their goals.
- Create innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings.
- Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for freight & logistics transformations.

- Manage and work with key stakeholders onshore and onsite
- MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school
- 4-8 years of experience working with logistics clients
- Deep understanding of logistics, distribution, road, air or ocean transportation and warehouse activities for a Freight & Logistics, Industrial and or Automotive company
- Functional understanding of Freight & Logistics processes on the supply side (transporters, service providers, agents) and demand side (customers)
- Experience in planning, automating, managing, and executing freight, logistics, transport, and warehousing operations.
- Experience in 3PL vendors management, logistics contract management, and managing 3PL performance by monitoring SLA/ KPIs
- Handle large and complex programs for logistics, transport, and warehousing operations.
- Understanding of freight management in bulk, parcel, rail, ocean, domestic and cross border transportation
- Experience of logistics operations, such as, packaging, order-processing, and quality-control procedures.
- Understanding of and experience with Logistics Track and Trace.
- L1 to L6 process mapping experience across functions in the Industrial 'Freight & Logistics' Industry
- Perform Requirements gathering, Business Process Mapping, functional process design and re-engineering, Business Case & Road map development for implementation of TMS and/or WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, BluJay, Lis Winsped, Manhattan Associates, or other such platforms)
- Experience in automating, designing, implementing and value realization of TMS and WMS systems will be preferred.
- Responsible for driving specific project components / modules independently.
- Deliver high quality value focused deliverables to global logistics clients.
