This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 3000000 - Rs 4500000 (ie INR 30-45 LPA)Min Experience: 7 yearsLocation: Remote (India)JobType: full-timeWe are seeking an experienced finance professional with over 5 years of expertise in financial planning and at least two successful end-to-end financial consolidation implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of consolidation processes, financial planning, and system-driven workflows, with flexibility to travel onsite as required.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle financial consolidation and planning initiatives using JustPerform.
Design, develop, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation workflows.
Ensure accurate integration, validation, and reconciliation of data from ERP and other source systems.
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training for JustPerform solutions.
Prepare and present consolidated financial reports, dashboards, and insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders onsite to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent finance qualification.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning and consolidation using SAP BPC.
Hands-on involvement in at least two complete SAP BPC financial consolidation projects.
Strong expertise in intercompany eliminations, currency conversions, and consolidation methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel onsite as needed.
