Festivals From India is hiring an experienced Festival Curator to join the team at BLR Hubba. The curator will play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of BLR Hubba’s growth. Working alongside BLR Hubba’s Core Group and Festival Director, you will co-create a bold vision and ensure its seamless execution on the ground. The vetting process for this role comprises 2–3 rounds of interviews and may include a short assignment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Salary band for this role is available upon request.

Requirements

A background in Arts & Culture, Public Administration, or related field.

Minimum 15 years in festival/event management, cultural programming, or non-profit leadership.

Proven track record in initiatives for societal good—non-profit, CSR, or community development projects.

Strong stakeholder management across government, corporate partners, and civic groups.

Expertise in budgeting, sponsorship development, and financial oversight.

Experience curating or producing large-scale, multi-venue public events.
