Based in Mohali, were in search of a dynamic Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Intern to amplify our digital footprint and elevate our guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:

Social Media: Strategize and execute social media initiatives across platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Content Development: Create compelling content for diverse channels including social media, blogs, and newsletters, aligned with our brand voice.

Customer Experience: Collaborate with our service team to refine customer journeys and enhance satisfaction.

Analytics: Leverage tools to gauge digital campaign success and gather customer insights for strategy adjustments.

Digital Campaigns: Support in the execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email marketing, etc.) to drive brand promotion and lead generation.

Research: Stay updated on market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategies.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.

Proficient in digital marketing and social media.

Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.

Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A keen interest in the hospitality industry and customer service excellence.
