Role - Technical Architect (Education Domain mandatory) Exp - 8 to 10 yrs Location - Bangalore We are seeking a talented and experienced individual with a deep understanding of Salesforce, including Sales, Service, and Community Cloud. Responsibilities include designing and developing software components with a focus on service-oriented architecture, integration, and overseeing Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong JavaScript and front-end skills, knowledge of Salesforce asynchronous capabilities, and experience with web services and data transport technologies. Reviews overall project strategies/approaches for all Salesforce technology work streams Represents the Salesforce team and works in project management and planning meetings. Responsible for the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and support of complex multi-user campus-wide and departmental applications leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud, Communities, Workflow, and System Integrations Assists in developing the overall work plan; assists Technical Leads in developing individual work stream work plans. Plans and manages hosting and other required infrastructure-related activities as applicable. Coordinates activities and communication across all technical team members. Defines and champions development standards (DEVOPS). Responsible for the accurate reporting of technical teams' status. Provides input into an accurate work plan. Provides process improvement measurement definition, metric baseline, and improvement targets. Communicates with the leadership of impacted technical areas. Facilitates escalating issues, risks, decisions, and design gaps. Engages key stakeholders when necessary. Promotes open communication amongst impacted technical areas between technical areas and the project. Champions and facilitates process improvements; actively participates in the design of new procedures and change management documentation. Determine current and future Application support needs. Participates, as needed, in process and system design working sessions. Requirements Deep understanding of Salesforce, including Sales, Service, and Community Cloud. Strong JavaScript and front-end skills. Knowledge of Salesforce asynchronous capabilities. Experience with web services and data transport technologies. Previous experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
