Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency while fostering collaboration among stakeholders.EQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Years of Experience: Typically 5 to 11+ years in frontend engineering, often within enterprise-scale organizations. - Framework Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js, along with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Micro Frontend Tech: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with micro frontend environments, Module Federation, and cloud-native workflows. - State Management: Deep understanding of Redux, Context API, or React Hooks. - Tooling & CI/CD: Proficiency with build tools (Webpack, Babel), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services like AWS ( . Cisco Confidential - Web Standards: Strong mastery of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).Key Responsibilities1. 2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards In React.Js Development While Optimizing Performance Through Effective Debugging And Profiling Techniques.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within Assigned Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions As A Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Potential Risks Related To Architecture And Component Breakdown.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Address Escalations Proactively.Skill Requirements1.
