Lead the preparation and submission of accurate and timely regulatory reports in compliance with local and global standards.
Monitor regulatory developments and ensure organizational knowledge is in line with current frameworks.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory authorities.
Conduct root-cause analysis for reporting variances and drive resolution in collaboration with various teams.
Develop and maintain governance policies for effective reporting and compliance processes.
Identify risks and provide strategic solutions to mitigate potential discrepancies.
Develop and enhance automation tools to optimize reporting operations.

RequirementsTo excel in this role, you must have:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in regulatory reporting, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including BASEL III, IFRS, and local statutory norms.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel and financial reporting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and drive strategic initiatives.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CA/CPA/FRM will be an added advantage.
