- Knowledge and understanding of electrical/mechanical fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical mechanics, material mechanics, thermo-fluid mechanics, quality control and assurance principles, etc. are preferred.
- Particular emphasis is placed on knowledge, experience and understanding of electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, CE, etc.) and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in using quality management software, MS Excel, and other data analysis tools to track quality metrics and prepare reports.
- Familiarity with national and international standards for industrial equipment, safety standards, and environmental compliance. Skill set
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of QC inspectors and technicians.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with engineering, production, and procurement departments.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies, faults, or issues in manufacturing and products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, conducting meetings, and liaising with internal departments and customers.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify defects, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
