Join the #VTeamLife.The Specialist, Program Management will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various programs and projects within the organization. This role requires a highly organised individual with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget.What you'll be doing:Plan, Execute & Track program progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.Facilitate communication and collaboration among program stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and presentations.Support the organization of program meetings, workshops, and other events.Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes and tools.Support the program manager in various administrative and logistical tasks.You'll need to have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.6+ years of experience in project coordination, program support, or a similar role.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), G Suite.
