- Develop and execute sales & business strategies for welding consumables in the Gujarat region.
- Handle key accounts and build long-term relationships with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
- Expand business by identifying and developing new opportunities with PSU clients and industrial customers.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, channel management, and team leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teams for QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery) adherence and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, market analysis, and competitor mapping to support strategic decision-making.
- Experience: Minimum 8–15 years of sales/marketing experience in welding consumables, steel, industrial gases, auto components, or related industries.
- Must have proven experience in working with PSU clients (e.g., BHEL, NTPC, ONGC, etc.).
- Strong network and relationship-building skills in industrial sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel across Gujarat and nearby regions as per business needs.
