Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Sales Specialist. The Reservations Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making reservations, providing excellent customer service, and sales. They will also be responsible for training new staff members. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Proven sales experience and reservations handling Ability to train new staff members Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is a plus Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
