As an IT Engineer Hardware, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the hardware infrastructure of our company. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in hardware and software, along with strong knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :-1 to 3 years of experience as an IT Engineer Hardware & Networking or similar roleStrong knowledge of hardware principles and componentsProficiency in hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshootingKnowledge of network, server, and storage systemsFamiliarity with software systems and applicationsAbility to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issuesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsCertifications in hardware and networking will be a plusROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-Manage and maintain hardware infrastructure, including servers, networks, and computer systemsInstall, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components and peripheralsMonitor system performance and ensure high levels of system uptime and availabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutionsPerform regular hardware maintenance, upgrades, and repairsEnsure data security and system backupsAssist end-users with hardware and software issuesDocument and maintain hardware inventory and related documentationStay updated with the latest hardware and technology trends
