Position: School CounsellorLocation: Powai, MumbaiQualification: Graduation/PG in PsychologyExperience: 2-3 years as a School Counsel or, with experience working with students across various age groups.Key Responsibilities:Student Support: Provide individual and group counselling to students, addressing emotional, social, and academic concerns, and offering guidance for personal development.Collaboration with Faculty & Parents: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to design and implement programs that enhance student mental health and well-being.Key Requirements:Education: A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years working as a School Counsellor, preferably in an IGCSE or similar academic environment.Skills:Empathy & Communication: Ability to build rapport with students of varying age groups, offering support and guidance in a professional and approachable manner.Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Skilled in identifying issues, developing strategies, and providing solutions to support students’ mental health and academic successWe are looking Immediate joining before march 25th 2025.
