Job Description As a Marketing and Sales Operations Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing and sales data to provide insights and recommendations to improve overall business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, and identify trends and opportunities. Your role will be instrumental in optimizing marketing and sales strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth. You will also: Collect, clean, and analyze marketing and sales data from various sources, including Salesforce and Hubspot Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement. Monitor data integrity and accuracy within marketing and sales databases. Work closely with IT, finance, and other departments to integrate data from different systems and ensure data consistency. Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimize conversion rates. Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to segment customer populations, personalize marketing communications, and improve targeting accuracy. Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, marketers, sales representatives, and IT professionals. Implement data cleansing and enrichment processes to ensure high-quality data for analysis and reporting Create dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and track marketing performance against predefined goals and objectives for data integrity and collection. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. OR Equivalent professional experience Four or more (4+) years of experience in marketing Ops, sales operations, or business intelligence roles. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and predictive modeling techniques. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
