Franchisee level Data updation, tracking and SOP adherence. Monitor daily operations and ensure timely pick up and connection of the shipments from the Franchisees. Take continuous feedback from the Franchisees on Product and Process to understand and plan the improvements required. Be ready to travel across multiple cities as and when the need arises. Own monthly invoicing process of Franchisees. Inventory management at Franchisee to ensure no shipment is at the hub beyond 24hrs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the experience of the Franchisees is improved on a continuous basis. Be the voice of Franchisee and help them solve the problems and issues faced to process orders successfully.
