Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager in the Certification domain, specializing in power electronic, electronic, and electrical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in certification processes, standards compliance, and experience in EMI/EMC filter design. This role is crucial for ensuring our products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, enhancing product reliability and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Certification Management: Oversee the certification process for power electronic, electronic, and

electrical products, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory
requirements (e.g., UL, CE, FCC).

Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on changes in certification standards and regulations, and

ensure all products comply with the latest requirements.

Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for product certification,

including test plans, reports, and technical files.

EMI/EMC Filter Design: Apply knowledge of EMI/EMC filter design to support the development

and certification of products, ensuring they meet electromagnetic compatibility standards.

Testing and Validation: Coordinate and conduct product testing and validation activities, working

with internal teams and external labs to achieve certification.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, and engineering teams

to address certification-related issues and ensure product compliance throughout the
development lifecycle.

Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party certification bodies and test labs to schedule and

manage certification activities.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency

and effectiveness of the certification process.
