Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based in Jaipur. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. The Accountant will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Reconciliation of Bank, Purchase Entry, verification of Vendors bills managing bills payable. Prepare Debtor & Creditor MIS, controlling bills receivable and payable. Responsible for TDS on vendor accounts, TDS on salary, timely deposit of TDS ,GSTR 3B and GSTR1, GSTR2 other GST work, Merging of Division & branches transferring entries. Good Command in Excel, Prepare Invoice, Must have good accounting knowledge. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Solid knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes Attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
