*Analyzing all the technical & commercial documents and scope of work to understand all the requirement of the
customer, and coordinating with the team for the easy flow of project.*Analyzing all the Engineering drawings like Piping and instrumentation diagram, Tie in Points, Layout drawing to
understand the overall operation and arrangement of the system.*Analyzing all the technical specification of all the components required.*Preparing Project Schedule and charts with detail scope analysis and deliverable with all necessary risk factors affecting
flow of project.*Creating requisition of material and components for procurement action.*Coordinating with the entire team for the development including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications,
procurement, inspection, outsourcing of components and other items etc.*Effectively managing the completion/installation/commissioning of projects as project documents are complete, correct
and organized properly*Finalizing contractors for site work management by making detailed requisition for the site installation activities including
all the safety as well as technical aspects for the best output in project site activity.*Material tracking, keeping an eye on every component required for the job that should available within a limited period of
time (Raw Materials, Pumps, Valves, Pipes & fittings, Instrument items, etc.).*Responsible for the complete Packaging, Preservation, and dispatch of the whole consignment for domestic and
export projects.
